Information we process
SchoolOS AI processes your school profile, student records, guardian contact details, attendance, academic results, invoices, payments, messages and a history of changes made in the system.
How information is used
We use this information to run your school's day-to-day operations, produce reports, deliver messages to parents, provide portal access and support your staff.
Data protection
Access is limited by role, every account is authenticated, sensitive actions are recorded, and each school's records are kept separate from every other school's.
Data sharing
SchoolOS AI does not sell school, student or guardian data. We use service providers for hosting, sign-in, email and payments, and they may only process data on our instructions in order to run the service.
