What the service covers
SchoolOS AI provides school operations software for administration, student records, attendance, fees, results, communication, portals and reporting.
Your school's responsibilities
Your school is responsible for entering accurate information, controlling who has an account, handling student and guardian data lawfully, and following the education and privacy rules that apply to it.
Accounts and access
Users must keep their sign-in details private and open only the records their role allows. Your school administrator is responsible for assigning the correct role to each person.
Payments
Where online payment is enabled, your school remains responsible for checking its own financial records and reconciling them against bank statements.
Service availability
We maintain backups, monitoring and an incident response process. No software can promise uninterrupted service, and we will tell you when a problem affects your school.
